juopdld.shop uses Shopify’s secure checkout infrastructure and SSL/TLS encryption to help protect information transmitted during checkout.
Payment information is processed by authorised payment providers. juopdld.shop does not ordinarily receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should keep passwords confidential and contact us immediately if they suspect unauthorised account or payment activity.

Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the website and may change before an order is accepted.
Australian customers will normally see prices in Australian dollars. GST and other applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law.
The confirmed total, including any applicable tax, discount or additional charge, will be shown before payment is submitted.
Currency Conversion
If your payment method is issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee.
These conversion fees are controlled by the relevant financial institution and are not collected by juopdld.shop.
Membership Fees
juopdld.shop does not charge a recurring membership fee merely for creating a customer account or placing a standard retail order.
Any optional subscription or recurring payment would be clearly disclosed and require authorisation before activation.
Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
Orders may be screened for fraud and unauthorised payment activity.
We may request reasonable verification or cancel an order if we cannot verify the customer, billing information or payment authorisation.
Never send a complete payment card number, security code, banking password or account password by email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After a refund is approved, your bank or payment provider may require up to 10 business days to display the funds.
