These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://juopdld.shop and purchases made from juopdld.shop.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Online Store

The website is operated by juopdld.shop using the Shopify ecommerce platform.

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use of the website.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and availability accurately.

The appearance of colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. Minor visual variations do not affect rights relating to products that materially fail to match their description.

Products may be withdrawn, updated or limited in quantity at any time before an order is accepted.

3. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website, normally Australian dollars for Australian customers.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.

GST and other applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving an order, we may send an acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, begin fulfilment or dispatch the products.

Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or an independent payment provider. Additional verification may be required for security and fraud prevention.

6. Shipping and Delivery

juopdld.shop provides free standard shipping for orders delivered to destinations available at checkout.

The estimated total delivery timeframe is 15–20 calendar days from order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, address problems or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for a product generally passes to the customer when it is delivered to the address supplied with the order.

Ownership passes after full payment has been received, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights when a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to satisfy a consumer guarantee.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only one discount code may be used per order.

• A discount must be applied before checkout is completed.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is accepted.

Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply to discounted and sale products.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You grant juopdld.shop a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

15. Consumer Guarantees and Liability

Goods sold to Australian consumers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, juopdld.shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss reasonably suffered by juopdld.shop as a direct result of your unlawful use of the website, fraud or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify juopdld.shop for its own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of a consumer guarantee.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations.

Changes apply after publication and do not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

Australian consumers retain all mandatory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and relevant state or territory legislation. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in a court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to operate.
